Selma Blair looks cute and comfy as she takes little man Arthur in a similar outfit out for a stroll

They are often spotted on mother and son day outs.

And Monday was no exception for Selma Blair and her mini man Arthur, who were out and about again in Studio City, California.

Carrying the handsome two-year-old in her arms, Selma, 41, made sure that her son had everything they needed from the car before setting off on their mini excursion.

The mother and son are often seen in colour-coordinated outfits and Monday's day out was no exception.

The Legally Blonde star dressed in casual chic, a pair of distressed boyfriend jeans, and a loose white blouse, red ballet pumps and a white leather Longchamp bag.

She braided her long caramel locks to one side, whilst sporting a pair of aviator shades and a simple gold necklace

The star looked fresh-faced as she wandered through the streets of Studio Carrying a rather content Arthur.

Little Arthur dressed in similar three-quarter length jeans, a Gap stripy T-shirt, white leather sandals and straw sunhat was accessorising with an amber teething necklace and an Elmo tattoo.

And fresh from their outing at a farmer's market in Studio City,  Arthur was proudly flashing his temporary Elmo tattoo, which he got at the market, but it's already starting to wear off.

His father is fashion designer Jason Bleick, from whom Selma split in September 2012 after a two year relationship.

After a relaxed walk Selma and Arthur then walked back to her car to share a refreshing Pellegrino drink before heading off home.

The former star of Anger Management was let go from the FX sitcom in June.

But Selma has other projects in the mix including a rumoured return as Liz Sherman in the forthcoming Hellboy 3 movie.

Meanwhile Selma is looking forward to playing the lead role in the World War I drama Four Saints, based on the novel Angels In Flanders, playing a nurse on the Western Front.

She is also appearing in Jaime King's thriller Polar Seasons.
